Top Workplaces in Cleveland - 3rd Consecutive Year

Meaden & Moore has been named a Top Workplace in Cleveland for the third year in a row! The list was announced on June 16th in a special section of The Plain Dealer.

 

The award is based solely on the feedback from our employees through a survey we administered earlier this year.  More than 90 percent of our employees participated.

The editors’ selection of the Top Workplaces is based upon feedback from an employee survey administered by Energage, formerly named Workplace Dynamics. Energage is an employee engagement platform that runs Top Workplaces programs across the country.  They help organizations realize their workforce’s full potential by building a stronger culture and connections across the organization. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection.
