The Meaden & Moore team pulled a plane

 
Members of our Beachwood and Cleveland offices came together in support of Special Olympics Ohio to pull a 150,000 Ib United Airlines Boeing 737-800.
 
Our team pulled the aircraft twelve feet in 6.90 seconds! This mark was good enough to tie for 15th place in the event and was an improvement on our performance from last year.

Habitat for Humanity's National Women Build Week 

 
On May 11, Virginia Widmer and Kendra Williams volunteered for Summit County’s Habitat for Humanity's National Women Build Week.  Along with local government officials and other women volunteers, they assisted in building a scaffold and painting the exterior of a home owned by a University of Akron student who is majoring in accounting.
