a Cleveland-based advisory and management consulting firm, and the appointment of its founder, Mark Kasinec, as Director of Advisory Services. With more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership and management consulting, Mark has built a career focused on supporting middle-market and family-owned manufacturing companies. He holds degrees in Production Operations and Purchasing Management from Miami University, and certifications from APICS and Honeywell Lean Greenbelt. Mark is an active leader in Northeast Ohio’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) community as a Promise Partners member and mentor to others who seek business ownership.
In this newly created leadership role, Mark will oversee the development of technology-driven solutions, processes, and tools that enhance our ability to serve clients across multiple practice areas. He will work closely with our internal teams and clients to deliver actionable insights that improve performance, drive profitability, and support long-term sustainability.
