Kendra Philon Elected to the Greater Akron Chamber Board of Directors

We are excited to announce that Kendra Philon has been elected to the Greater Akron Chamber Board of Directors!

The Greater Akron Chamber is a regional chamber of commerce and economic development organization serving the Northeast Ohio counties of Medina, Portage, and Summit. They represent a membership of diverse businesses ranging from global manufacturers to small machine shops and professionals to non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Kendra is a Senior Manager in the Assurance Services practice and a member of the firm’s not-for-profit core group. In this role, Kendra assists in the planning of engagements, supervising staff, reviewing financial statements, working with clients and the accounting staff to find solutions to problem areas, and developing ideas for growth.  Over her 18 years with the firm, Kendra has worked directly with numerous privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Kendra also conducts audits of 401(k) and 403(b) plans, and pension plans. Within the firm, Kendra serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
