On April 30, 2026, Meaden & Moore hosted its Women & Wisdom event at 
Michael Angelo’s Winery in Richfield, Ohio, bringing together professionals from across the community for an evening of connection, conversation, and meaningful insights.
Centered around the theme “Keeping it Real — Women, Leadership, and Generational Impact,” the event created space for an honest and engaging discussion on what leadership truly looks like today — beyond titles and into everyday actions, decisions, and influence.
The evening began with opening remarks from Sarah Lynch, Partner-in-Charge of Meaden & Moore’s Assurance Services Group, who welcomed attendees and reflected on the firm’s guiding philosophy: Established 1919. Re-Established Daily. She emphasized that leadership is something practiced each day — through how individuals show up for their teams, clients, communities, and leaders across all generations.
The discussion was led by two Meaden & Moore leaders:
- Angelina Milo, CPA, Vice President, Tax Services Group and Real Estate Practice Leader
- Kendra C. Myers, CPA, Vice President, Assurance Services Group and Not-for-Profit Practice Leader
Together, they moderated a dynamic and authentic conversation focused on leadership experiences, personal growth, and the evolving expectations placed on today’s leaders.
They were joined by an exceptional panel of community leaders:

The panelists shared perspectives shaped by diverse career paths, highlighting the realities of leadership — including challenges, moments of uncertainty, and opportunities to create lasting impact. The conversation also explored how leadership influences not only organizations, but also future generations, and the importance of mentorship, representation, and community engagement.
The evening provided attendees with the opportunity to connect with peers while enjoying wine and hors d’oeuvres in a welcoming and collaborative setting.
