Lisa's blend of business acumen and leadership development expertise were honed during her 30-year career as a leader across many disciplines in the financial services industry and consulting.
An entrepreneur at heart, Lisa’s passion for helping companies grow began with her family’s multi-generational business. She believes leadership makes the difference between business success and failure and she works to train, develop, and mentor business leaders.
Lisa expanded her focus outside of the financial services industry to follow this passion and help to grow leaders across diverse businesses and industries. She has done this work for the past 10 years concurrent with her other business responsibilities. She was most recently with Floyd Consulting and Growth Opportunity Partners helping growing companies align business and personal performance in leading teams to execute their growth strategies to ensure success.
