Nancy Sanchez is a Director in Meaden & Moore’s Assurance Group, based in the Chicago office, specializing in employee benefit plans. She has more than 24 years of progressive public accounting experience, including over 18 years dedicated to employee benefit plan assurance. Her background includes leadership roles at Baker Tilly and Grant Thornton, where she led complex plan audits and helped grow their employee benefit plan practices.
Throughout her career, Nancy has served as a trusted advisor to plan sponsors, finance executives, human resources leaders, and fiduciaries. She provides practical guidance on retirement plan reporting, compliance, operational challenges, and plan corrections. Most recently, she helped lead a Chicago employee benefit plan practice supporting approximately 100 retirement plan audits annually.
Nancy combines technical knowledge, collaborative leadership, and a client-focused approach. She is committed to building lasting relationships, mentoring professionals, and strengthening audit quality through training and innovation. At Meaden & Moore, she will help grow the firm’s employee benefit plan practice in the Chicago market.
