Experience

With over 35 years of experience in business advisory, private equity, and public accounting management, Jim Rollins leads Meaden & Moore as CEO & Managing Partner. Since joining the firm in 1989, he has played a pivotal role in its expansion and strategic growth, managing the Wooster office, spearheading the firm’s presence in the Akron market, and overseeing the integration of Daywalt Tobin, one of the firm’s most significant mergers.

Previously serving as President of the Assurance & Tax Group, Jim led his team through significant milestones and played an instrumental role in shaping governance policies as a member of the Executive and Compensation Committees. His leadership continues to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery.

As a strategic leader, Jim is responsible for driving global growth and expanding the firm’s presence in key markets. He works closely with executive committees to ensure the seamless integration of new business opportunities and is deeply committed to mentoring colleagues, fostering talent, and building inclusive, collaborative relationships across the firm.
