Experience

James P. Carulas is a Senior Partner at Meaden & Moore with more than 40 years of experience advising business owners and executive teams on financial, operational, and strategic matters. He specializes in helping growth-oriented companies identify and pursue business expansion opportunities, including global initiatives.

Jim served as Meaden & Moore’s Chief Executive Officer from 2007 through 2024, guiding the firm through a period of significant evolution and growth. He continues to lead as Managing Director of Meaden & Moore International (MMI), the firm’s global consulting affiliate.

Throughout his career, Jim has been a trusted advisor to companies across a variety of industries, providing insight and guidance on mergers and acquisitions, capital strategies, succession planning, and organizational development. In addition to client work, he consults internally with Meaden & Moore teams, offering his support and strategic insight to drive the firm’s business growth initiatives and position the firm for long-term success.
