Carlo has more than 25 years of experience with Meaden & Moore, specializing in assurance services for privately held companies, with a focus on the manufacturing industry and employee benefit plan audits. He leads complex audit and review engagements and works closely with clients throughout the year to understand their challenges, address key issues, and deliver practical, responsive guidance.

Dedicated to building long-term relationships, Carlo is known for his problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex client needs. He also oversees corporate financial statement and tax compliance services, helping clients navigate broader accounting and reporting requirements.

As a key member of the Firm’s employee benefit plan audit group, Carlo has extensive knowledge of plan operations and compliance requirements. He stays current on evolving standards through AICPA conferences and continuing professional education and provides plan sponsors with practical recommendations on a wide range of plan-related matters.

Carlo is also committed to developing the Firm’s professionals, serving as a mentor and helping lead the Firm’s training program to support the continued growth of team members.
