Nick Wilderman serves as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director for Meaden & Moore. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the firm's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management capabilities. Nick partners closely with firm leadership and service line leaders to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.

His responsibilities include:

• Leading the firm's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Developing executive reporting, KPI governance, and performance management capabilities
• Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario planning, and profitability analysis
• Enhancing business intelligence and reporting solutions to improve visibility into firm performance
• Establishing scalable reporting and forecasting processes to support continued growth

Nick brings more than 20 years of experience spanning financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, analytics, and data strategy. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leadership teams to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance profitability, and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.

Nick earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Bowling Green State University. He also holds graduate certificates in Business Analytics and Enterprise Resource Planning from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Nick served as Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at CBIZ, Inc., where he led enterprise analytics initiatives, forecasting models, KPI reporting, profitability analysis, and data governance programs. During his tenure, he helped drive more than $10 million in annual operational profit improvement while significantly expanding analytics adoption across the organization.

Before CBIZ, Nick held finance and analytics leadership roles with GOJO Industries, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Nationwide Financial. Across these organizations, he supported budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, executive reporting, and strategic planning initiatives in both corporate and consulting environments.
