Melissa brings more than 17 years of business development experience, with a strong track record of driving national and international revenue growth, building and scaling sales organizations, and securing enterprise-level insurance and claims programs.
Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Melissa served as Vice President of Business Development at Charles Taylor Adjusting, a leading international loss adjusting firm focused on commercial losses and claims across aviation, marine, natural resources, property, casualty, and specialty risk markets. In this role, she worked closely with clients to navigate complex claims environments and connect them with the appropriate resources and expertise.
Melissa is known for her strategic approach, responsiveness, and ability to build strong, lasting relationships across industries and geographies.
