Experience

Mark Kasinec joined Meaden & Moore in June 2025 as Director of Advisory Services. In this role, Mark leads our Data Analytics and CAS practice, driving the firm’s continued transition into Advisory Services. He focuses on delivering strategic insights and technology-enabled solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. Mark also supports our audit and tax client base through his Areas of Specialization.

With over 30 years of experience, Mark helps manufacturing and distribution companies improve operational performance, accelerate growth, and overcome complex business challenges. He was the founder of ChainRing Advisors, a Cleveland-based consulting firm serving middle market companies which Meaden and Moore acquired.  His areas of specialization include business growth strategy, data analytics, buyer representation in acquisitions, turnaround consulting, Lean and supply chain optimization, and digital transformation—particularly for family-owned and privately held manufacturers.

Mark collaborates closely with business units across the firm, including Transaction Advisory, to develop scalable processes, templates, and training tools that enable our team members to serve as more effective advisors. He actively leverages his established contractor network to meet increased client demand and brings ongoing client relations.
