Experience

Tim Perdion serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Meaden & Moore — the first COO in the firm's century-long history. As the firm reaches an important inflection point in its evolution, Tim is the primary owner of operational execution across the organization, working closely with practice leaders, partners, and the internal operations team to translate strategy into results. His responsibilities include:

  • Driving firmwide operational performance and execution discipline
  • Leading AI-driven technology and process transformation initiatives
  • Overseeing operational integration of mergers and acquisitions
  • Enhancing the infrastructure needed to support continued growth and an evolving service model

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in professional services, technology, and operations leadership. Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, he served as Director of Practice Management & Service Delivery Technology at Ascend Partner Services, a PE-backed CPA aggregator, where he led multi-firm technology standardization, AI tool deployment, vendor governance, and M&A integration across the platform.

Before Ascend, Tim spent 10 years at CBIZ, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Practice Management, where he oversaw practice management systems and technology platforms serving more than 4,000 users across multiple service lines. He led the integration of acquired firms into the firm's technology ecosystem and drove significant operational efficiency initiatives across CBIZ's national platform.

Earlier in his career, Tim held technology and risk management roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Charter One Bank and Goodyear, where he led global IT projects, financial system upgrades, and cross-functional integrations — establishing his foundation in information systems, financial operations, and enterprise-level transformation.
