Experience
Joe Salata has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and transaction advisory. He leads financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements for private equity sponsors and corporate buyers and sellers navigating complex mergers and acquisitions.
Joe delivers clear, data-driven insights that help clients evaluate risk, validate earnings, and make informed investment and strategic decisions.
Joe advises clients through all stages of a transaction, overseeing comprehensive buy-side and sell-side diligence to assess quality of earnings, working capital requirements, debt position, cash flow sustainability, and key value drivers. He collaborates closely with senior leadership teams, investors, and cross-functional advisors to provide timely, high-quality analysis that strengthens deal confidence and execution.
Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Joe served as a Director in Deal Advisory at a Big Four accounting firm, where he led diligence teams on transactions ranging in enterprise value from $10 million to $8.5 billion across the healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, SaaS, and distribution sectors.
