With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Michelle serves as a Vice President in Meaden & Moore’s Assurance Services Group, working closely with middle market companies. She is known for her client-first approach, delivering high-quality, timely service while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and add long-term value.
Michelle acts as a trusted advisor to her clients, building strong relationships and providing practical insights to help organizations achieve their strategic goals. In addition to her core assurance work, she leads the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan and Consulting Practice, where she specializes in benefit plan audits, fiduciary consulting, and ESOPs.
In addition to her client work, Michelle is actively involved in advancing audit quality and professional standards. She serves as Designated Audit Partner for the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, is a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center Executive Committee and co-chairs the AICPA Employee Benefit Conference Planning Committee.
