Meaden & Moore is pleased to announce that Nick Wilderman has joined the firm
Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, and data strategy. Throughout his career, he has partnered with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive data-informed decision-making, improve forecasting and profitability, and develop reporting solutions that create measurable business impact.
Most recently, Nick served as Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at CBIZ, Inc., where he led enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, developed forecasting and profitability models, and partnered with senior leadership to align strategic goals with data-driven insights.
Prior to CBIZ, Nick held finance, analytics, and consulting roles with GOJO Industries, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Nationwide Financial, where he partnered with business leaders on financial planning, performance analysis, executive reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
As FP&A Director, Nick will lead the advancement of the firm's budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI governance, and performance management capabilities, helping leadership improve visibility into business results, identify growth opportunities, and make more informed strategic investments.

Nick earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bowling Green State University. He furthered his expertise through graduate certificates in Business Analytics and Enterprise Resource Planning from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
