Meaden & Moore Welcomes David Theiss as Director | Meaden & Moore

Meaden & Moore has named David Theiss Director, Technology Product Management, based in the Cleveland office. David will build the firm’s technology program and project management capability, bringing structure to how technology initiatives are prioritized, sponsored, and delivered. He will also lead AI governance as the firm expands its use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the organization.

In this role, David will align technology investments with the firm’s strategic and operational goals and support a coordinated approach to technology planning and execution. On AI, he will help guide responsible adoption and ensure AI initiatives connect to the firm’s broader technology and business priorities.

David brings extensive experience in digital strategy, enterprise and AI governance, technology portfolio management, and business value realization. His background spans financial services, professional services, and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen decision-making, establish governance practices, guide investment priorities, and realize value from their technology initiatives.

Most recently, David served as Senior Manager, IT Program Management Office at Avient Corporation. His previous experience includes technology and portfolio leadership roles at CBIZ, CrossCountry Mortgage, PNC, and AmTrust Financial Services.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
