Carlin Culbertson, Vice President in our Cleveland office, was recently elected to the Cleveland Hearing and Speech Board of Directors.

Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center (CHSC) has a long and remarkable history of helping individuals with communication challenges become independent members of the Greater Cleveland Community. Founded in 1921 by Helen Newell Garfield, daughter-in-law of President James Garfield, who lost her hearing as a young woman, CHSC started with the simple mission of providing lip-reading classes for adults who are deaf or hard of hearing. They are the nation's oldest hearing and speech center and Northeast Ohio's only nonprofit organization dedicated solely to serving those with special communication needs.

With over 15 years in public accounting, Carlin has extensive auditing experience serving a wide variety of clients in various industries. He’s responsible for planning, executing, and managing audits and reviews of large privately held companies and small publicly held companies, with a focus on providing an exceptional client experience and adding value outside of the assurance work.
