Imposter syndrome can make even the most accomplished women question their abilities. At this year’s [Next Generation of Women conference](https://engagecleveland.org/nextgenerationofwomen/), our team was honored to support [Kendra Philon](https://www.meadenmoore.com/about/team/kendra-c-philon), a Vice President in our [Assurance Services](https://www.meadenmoore.com/services/accounting-audit-assurance) group, as she took the stage for a panel discussion on overcoming self-doubt and cultivating genuine confidence.

This impactful conversation featured diverse perspectives and practical strategies for tackling imposter feelings, advocating for your value, and excelling in professional spaces. The event created a meaningful platform for Cleveland’s emerging leaders to connect, learn, and find inspiration.

We’re proud to support Kendra and champion important conversations that empower women in the workplace!

Thank you to our amazing team for supporting Kendra at this event.
