Earlier this year, our Northeast Ohio team members participated in a confidential survey administered by Energage, a third-party research firm. The survey measured key aspects of workplace culture, including how well employees feel Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, along with other important factors that contribute to an exceptional employee experience.
