Ella Karch, National Director of Business Development, Investigative Accounting and Litigation Support, brings more than 20 years of consultative experience. With a background in forensic engineering, she is known for building strong relationships and identifying opportunities in evolving and specialized markets. Ella works closely with internal teams to align client needs with firm capabilities—ensuring a seamless, coordinated approach across engagements.
Melissa Sheppard, National Director of Business Development, brings more than 17 years of experience supporting organizations across national and international markets. She has extensive experience in complex insurance and claims programs, including Casualty & Complex Liability, Specialty Large Loss, and Commercial Property & Catastrophe. Melissa works alongside industry professionals to help navigate challenges and connect them with the appropriate expertise—both domestically and globally.
Beyond relationship development, Ella and Melissa actively represent Meaden & Moore in the marketplace—attending and participating in industry events, conferences, and continuing education programs—helping to strengthen connections, stay ahead of emerging trends, and ensure the firm remains visible and accessible in key markets.
