Centered around the theme “Keeping it Real — Women, Leadership, and Generational Impact,” the event created space for an honest and engaging discussion on what leadership truly looks like today — beyond titles and into everyday actions, decisions, and influence.
The evening began with opening remarks from Sarah Lynch, Partner-in-Charge of Meaden & Moore’s Assurance Services Group, who welcomed attendees and reflected on the firm’s guiding philosophy: Established 1919. Re-Established Daily. She emphasized that leadership is something practiced each day — through how individuals show up for their teams, clients, communities, and leaders across all generations.
