Systematic process enhancements company-wide
Once we know the problem, we begin identifying and implementing the correct solutions. When appropriate, we apply Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques. When required, we apply basic APICS principles such as MRP and finite scheduling. We employ technology as needed, but our primary focus remains on improving business processes.
