We are pleased to announce, a strategic agreement with Canadian-based LBC International Investigative Accounting Inc. The agreement unites Meaden & Moore’s Investigative Accounting Group and its eleven U.S. offices and 70-member staff with LBC’s four Canadian offices and 25-member staff enhancing the firms’ abilities to service common clients.  In addition to expanded geographic coverage, the firms increase their depth and level of expertise in various industry niches.

The two firms have long been dedicated to providing forensic accounting and litigation support services to insurance providers, legal counsel and government agencies, thus the collaborative opportunities of this partnership are extensive.  Both firms specialize in measuring the value of economic damages in legal disputes, insurance claims and business valuations and have extensive experience in a variety of industries and areas of insurance.

“The firms have worked together during the past two years through our UK partnership and it became apparent we should be working much more closely in North America to better serve our clients.  Our cultures, values and approach to client service could be leveraged to create a larger organization with the experience and resources to meet the demanding needs of our clients,” said James P. Carulas, CEO of Meaden & Moore.

“Expanding our forensic accounting and litigation support services to effectively meet the needs of our clients and staff, while maintaining our commitment to quality and client service was an important goal for our organization.   Our collaboration with Meaden & Moore achieves this goal,” according to Philip Turner, Partner in Charge of LBC’s Toronto office.

As part of the agreement, the Canadian firm changes its name to LBC Meaden & Moore International while the U.S. firm remains Meaden & Moore.

LBC is a dedicated global forensic accounting and litigation support consultancy with offices throughout Canada including; Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver as well as international offices in London and Paris.
