On Saturday, April 9 several Meaden & Moore staff, spouses & others assisted in the Firelands Associations of the Visual Arts (FAVA) annual wine tasting and art auction. This year was a record year as the 12th annual event raised over $32,000 in revenue to support FAVA's exhibition, outreach and art education programming. FAVA was founded over 30 years ago and is located in the heart of Oberlin, Ohio - and dedicated to changing lives through the visual arts. Many thanks to Lynn & Joe Koster, Michelle Carano, Jennifer Myers, Lauren Centa, Mike Vannucci, Andrea & Ryan McManamon, Alison Martanovic & Chadi Boumitri for attending!
FAVA's mission: "enhancing appreciation of and participation in the visual arts by a broad and diverse audience" focuses on changing lives through the visual arts through exhibitions, education classes and community outreach activities. The vibrancy, the quality and the success of FAVA for over 25 years as an organization is continually used as a model for other arts organizations.
Lynn Koster, Meaden & Moore Assurance Senior Manager, currently serves as Treasurer of the FAVA Board of Trustees.
