Carlin Culbertson Elected to the Finance Committee of Adoption Network Cleveland

Congratulations to Carlin Culbertson for being elected to the Finance Committee of Adoption Network Cleveland!

Adoption Network Cleveland was founded in 1988 by Betsie Norris, an adoptee, after she successfully searched for her birthparents. The organization is the only one in the country that provides programs and services for all members of the adoption triad (adoptees, birthparents and adoptive parents), youth in foster care, foster parents, siblings and adoption professionals. It promotes community awareness and social change by advocating for progressive policies in adoptive practice, policy and law.
