M&M Business Solutions’ consultants take a holistic approach to helping clients improve their business processes. Like a good doctor, we first analyze the whole situation, including the symptoms, with a focus on the root causes of underperformance and the links to the business strategy.
Then, and only then, do we begin identifying and implementing solutions. Where Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques are appropriate, we utilize them. Where basic APICS principles such as MRP and finite scheduling are required, we apply them. Where technology is appropriate, we employ it, but we certainly don’t focus on delivering technological improvement, we focus on delivering process improvement.
