Experience
Bill is the officer in charge of the assurance services group.  For over 25 years, he has been actively involved in providing business advisory services to emerging middle-market and closely held companies in numerous industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and service..  Bill’s experience goes well beyond traditional services and includes business valuations, acquisitions analysis, accounting systems and best practices, forecasting, break-even analysis and budgeting, and financing alternatives.

Bill has instructed various seminars on cash management techniques, construction industry accounting, valuations of closely held businesses and internal staff training.  He also has given several presentations on these topics at Case Western University, Youngstown State University and Baldwin Wallace College.  He is also in charge of M&M College, our internal staff development program.

Before joining Meaden & Moore, Bill managed the two-year Accounting Technology program at Ohio University.  In this position, his responsibilities included teaching accounting courses, student advising, individual tutoring and recruiting.
