Experience
For more than three decades, Jerry has provided advisory services to closely held businesses. His background covers a broad spectrum of audit, accounting, tax and consulting services in a number of different industries, including manufacturing, service, printing, retail and others.

Primarily, Jerry works with smaller companies on budgets and projections, helping them obtain financing and helping them grow. Companies that lack financial expertise in-house rely on Jerry for value-added advice and ideas, including writing business plans, strategic planning, succession planning for the next generation, compensation consulting, and bank financing. He goes beyond the traditional accounting services to assist with acquisition analysis, cash forecasting, breakeven analysis and budgeting, and financing alternatives. He has a keen ability to hone in on its clients’ business objectives and assure his advice is consistent with those objectives.
