Dan offers more than two decades of experience working with closely held, entrepreneurial companies, both in the middle market and in small business. As a business advisor, he delivers professional counsel on personal and corporate tax planning, financial forecasts and projections, and general business consulting. His ability to address a broad range of issues helps him develop a thorough understanding of an organization’s overall mission and strategic goals.

Leveraging conventional commercial financing sources and government-subsidized loan programs, Dan helps companies structure their outstanding debt to maximize cash flow. His membership in and involvement with Growth Capital Corporation gives him insight into the variety of federal, state, and community-based loan programs that are available to organizations. His considerable experience enables him to assess which ones are best suited for a given company’s needs.
