Experience
Barry brings extensive experience in public accounting, especially technical accounting, to every engagement.  He has spent several years working with closely held and public companies in manufacturing, distribution, construction and communications industries.

In addition to his financial statement responsibilities, Barry has extensive experience in advising clients on business acquisitions and divestitures and performs numerous due diligence projects annually. 

He also has significant responsibility within the firm for quality control and has worked extensively with corporate tax matters having defended clients to the Internal Revenue Service and state tax examiners.
